ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2015 and has grown into a team of 17 who work together in a close-knit, high-integrity environment. Before becoming an agent, I was the Director of Sales for an insulation and building materials company, which gave me a strong foundation in leadership, performance, and team development.

I earned my M.B.A. from Western Kentucky University and have been honored as a Presidents Club award winner and multiple-time Ambassador Club qualifier. I’m married to my high school sweetheart, and we have two boys in college. Outside of work, I love playing golf, following sports, and have even attended championship games. We also have three dogs at home, so life stays busy and fun.

I’m very active in the community, sponsoring golf tournaments, supporting the March of Dimes, working with the Lions Club, and staying involved in local events throughout the year.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Bob Hohman - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
